Refund Policy

At Mixt Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and a smooth learning experience. We understand that circumstances can change, so we have outlined our refund policy clearly below.


1. Course Enrollment Refunds

Refunds may be issued based on the timing of your cancellation and the type of course or service booked.

a. Before Course Start Date

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.

  • A 50% refund will be provided if cancellation is requested 3–6 days before the course begins.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start.

b. After Course Has Started

  • Once a course has started, no refunds will be issued unless exceptional circumstances apply (see Section 4).


2. One-to-One Sessions

  • One-to-one or private lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Sessions canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable.


3. Digital Products & Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

In certain cases (such as medical emergencies or bereavement), we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. Proof may be required. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
