Cancellation Policy

At Mixt Academy, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling courses, one-to-one sessions, or other services. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Course Cancellations

a. By the Student

  • You may cancel your enrollment by contacting us in writing via email.

  • Full cancellation requests made 7 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund (see Refund Policy).

  • Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date.

b. By Mixt Academy

  • We reserve the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment, staff unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In such cases, students will be offered:

    • A full refund

    • The option to transfer to another available course


2. One-to-One Session Cancellations

  • One-to-one or private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • If the instructor is unavailable due to an emergency or technical issue, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.


3. Group Class Cancellations

  • For group classes, cancellations must follow the same timeline as outlined in Section 1.

  • Missing a session without prior notice will be marked as non-attended and non-refundable.


4. How to Cancel

To cancel a course or session, please email us with your:

  • Full name

  • Course or session details

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)
