Cancellation Policy
At Mixt Academy, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling courses, one-to-one sessions, or other services. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Course Cancellations
a. By the Student

You may cancel your enrollment by contacting us in writing via email.

Full cancellation requests made 7 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund (see Refund Policy).

Cancellations made within 3–6 days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date.
b. By Mixt Academy

We reserve the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment, staff unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, students will be offered:

A full refund

The option to transfer to another available course

2. One-to-One Session Cancellations

One-to-one or private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

If the instructor is unavailable due to an emergency or technical issue, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
3. Group Class Cancellations

For group classes, cancellations must follow the same timeline as outlined in Section 1.

Missing a session without prior notice will be marked as non-attended and non-refundable.
